What to Expect When You Reach Out

A member of our team will respond promptly, usually the same day. We will ask about your condition, any prior treatments or surgeries, and what you are hoping to address. If you are being referred by another provider, let us know, and we can coordinate directly with their office.

We schedule most consultations within 24 hours of the initial contact. Walk-ins are also welcome during office hours.

What to Bring to Your First Appointment

  • A government-issued photo ID
  • Your insurance card
  • A valid credit or debit card to keep on file
  • A referral from your physician, if you have one
  • Any relevant imaging (CT scans, ultrasounds) or prior surgical records, if available

If you do not have imaging or records, that is fine. We can order what we need after your initial evaluation.
