Practice Manager
A longtime resident of Montgomery County, Vannesa brings both deep roots in the community and a passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Fluent in Spanish, Vannesa is committed to making every patient feel comfortable and understood, helping us better serve our diverse community. With a calm presence and a heart for service, she ensures our office runs smoothly while supporting patients and staff alike.
When she’s not helping our practice thrive, you’ll find her enjoying the great outdoors on a hiking trail, dancing her heart out at Zumba, or spending quality time with her husband, their two energetic boys, and their beloved dog, Lola, affectionately known as Lolita.

Wendy Hinojo Chambergo
Front Desk Coordinator
Wendy is a proud Latina and first-generation college student at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Her journey has been shaped by perseverance, the strong support of her family, and a deep commitment to achieving her goals.
Outside of work and her studies, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing volleyball, and relaxing with a good movie.
She approaches life with gratitude, resilience, and great pride in being a first-generation college student.

Arliene Koch
Billing and Practice Operations
Arliene brings over 30 years of experience in the medical field, including extensive work managing specialty clinics and overseeing the operational and financial sides of medical practices. She is a certified professional coder and studied human resources and accounting at Davenport University.
Arliene’s depth of experience in medical billing, coding, and practice management helps ensure that every aspect of your care, from scheduling through billing, runs smoothly and accurately.
Caroline Hill
Billing Representative
Caroline brings over 16 years of experience in the healthcare field, with a background that includes both front and back-office operations, surgery scheduling and coding, and office management. She handles billing inquiries and works to ensure that the financial side of your care is clear, accurate, and manageable.
Originally from California, she has been happily married for 13 years and is a proud parent of two wonderful sons, along with a dog and a cat who complete their family. In her free time, she enjoys reading, gardening, and spending quality time with loved ones.
